Duane Lewis is a top commercial real estate agent/broker in the state of Kansas.  Duane is also the top commercial  and investment real estate broker in the Flint Hills area.  Mr. Lewis is the Co-Owner and the founder of Landmark Real Estate and specializes in investment real estate, real estate tax exchanges commercial real estate and new residential development. Duane has been licensed since 1984 and is a past president of the Manhattan Association of Realtors. Mr. Lewis is the Managing Broker of the Manhattan Kansas team of Realtors at Landmark Real Estate.

Byron Lewis has been associated with Landmark Real Estate in various aspects since the early 90's while still a student at Manhattan High School, he joined the Landmark Team as a full time agent in 2004.  Byron has a multi-facet and extensive background in Economics, Banking, Property Management, Corporate Management and Development. A Kansas State University graduate with major coursework in the areas of Economics and Business- Byron has additionally held positions with a prominent state bank, in  corporate management/financial management (technology sector), and has worked under major local, state, federal, and federal defense grant programs prior to returning to his calling as an independant, trusted and knowledgeable real estate advisor.  Byron proudly calls the Manhattan, KS area home- growing up attending both local, public and private schools in the area. Byron understands and can relate that home purchases are often emotional, especially for the first time home buyer, while using his knowledge of real estate, markets and expertise in keeping the best interest of his clients position in perspective. Jerry Istas is a Full-Time Realtor with Landmark. Jerry specializes in Residential, Investment, First-Time Home Buyer, Seller & Buyer Representation and Relocation. Jerry is currently serving as the Manhattan Association of Realtors Director for the  Kansas Association of Realtors.

Pat Istas  has a diverse background with experience in Cosmetology, Education and Social Work. She holds a BS in Elementary Ed/Special Ed, a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her creative personable style influences her understanding of buyers, sellers and builders needs. She is the proud mother of 4 married children and 7 grandchildren. People are her passion and you will quickly find that out when you work with her on your real estate needs.

Trish Beggs is a full time Realtor with Landmark Real Estate. She was born and reaised in Concordia and a graduate of Cloud County Community College. Mrs. Beggs has over 12 years of active experience in real estate and property management.

She exhibits the skills, experience, commitment and knowledge to provide her clients with the highest level of service. Mrs. Beggs specializes in the listing and sale of residential properties. her foremost goal is to make sure that her clients dreams become a reality.

Claudia Luthi has been a real estate professional and broker for over 35 years.  She believes buying and selling real estate is an important financial commitment which requires working with  an experienced full time professional broker.  As a Multi-Million Dollar producer Claudia has the experience you can rely on. Devin Lewis brings over 26 years of experience in the Manhattan area as a lifelong resident. He is a graduate from MATC with a degree in Business Administration, where he acquired knowledge in modern and traditional marketing tools, financial management, analytical skills, and communication. He has worked with Landmark Real Estate for nearly the past decade in Maintenance and Property Management. Devin gives his utmost loyalty to his clients and puts their needs first. Terry Steinbring is a lifetime Kansan and has lived in Manhattan, KS for 25 years. He is married with 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Terry grew up on a farm in western Kansas, therefore along with his knowledge of City realty , the rural community is no stranger. He Graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Business Finance and spent many years in the Insurance Business. A Navy Vietnam veteran, Terry spent 4 years on a Navy Destroyer in the West Pacific.
